DESCRIPTION
- Reviewing, monitoring and management budget
- Support other functions in budget management as well as controlling on budget as ongoing daily task
- Develop strategies that works to minimize unnecessary cost and improve cost efficiency
- Develop long-term business plan based on these reports
- Report to management and stakeholders, and provide advice how the company and future business decision might be impacted
- Manage cashflow and treasury to maximize income while still has sufficient available cost for operating expenses
- Support Finance Manager in other related tasks as require
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 5-years experience in Accounting and tax and Minimum 3 year experience in leading team (experience in insurance industry is a plus)
- Minimum Educational Level Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Languages Required: – Professional proficiency in English (Japanese is a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field (CAT, CPA, ACCA is a plus)
- Strong undertaking strategic analysis and multi-tasking skill
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management and motivational
- Strong communication skill in liaising effectively with co-workers, subordinates, superiors to exchange or convey information
- Good knowledge of computer administrator and Accounting System: SUN syste
