- THE CUSCEN ANSWER
Two connected sides, one vehicle record
CUSCEN Dealer Management System splits cleanly into two connected sides: the manufacturer plans quota, delivery, and shipment, while the dealer runs purchasing, sales, inventory, service, and finance — both reading from the same vehicle, dealer, and part records.
A shipment only releases after payment collection is confirmed. A service claim already knows the vehicle's warranty and part history. Nothing has to be re-entered between manufacturer and dealer.
